New members will be considered rookies until they have been members for 90 45 days AND have 15 posts. There have been restrictions imposed on "rookies" due to numerous problems. At that time they are promoted to full registered status. Additional posting permissions and UserCP options are automatically added at that time.

The probationary period for will remain at 90 days for new members . All bans for new members are permanent. If you can't last 90 days here without getting banned, you're not welcome.

Those who registered before this went into effect are credited with time from their registration date.
