Clarkson Falls Down 11-02-2011, 09:35 PM I'll get it going....
Thanks to DMC likely missing this week, I have tough roster decisions to make.
Pick 3 (flex, WR, WR) from these 6
S. Johnson vs. NYJ
D. Nelson vs. NYJ
J. Jones vs. SD
S. Breaston vs. MIA
A. Brown vs. BAL
R. Torain vs. SF

Wow. Johnson will be on Revis island, but given the rest of the options you might need to start him. Torain is worthless and bad matchup. Jones is too far down the depth chart. Nelson might not be bad, Brown has a tough matchup against the Ravens, and Breaston could be hit or miss.
I'd go Johnson, Brown, Breaston and hope for the best.
Scotianhab 11-03-2011, 12:05 AM I'm not sure who I should start for my byes.
Roethlisberger vs Ravens or Cassel vs Dolphins.
D. Nelson vs Jets or J. Knox vs Eagles.
Eagles D vs Bears or Cowboys D vs Seahawks.
I'm leaning towards Cassel, Knox, & Cowboys.
BGDDYKWL 11-03-2011, 05:22 AM S. Johnson vs. NYJ
D. Nelson vs. NYJ
J. Jones vs. SD
S. Breaston vs. MIA
A. Brown vs. BAL
R. Torain vs. SF
Jones has 3 games with only one catch. Too inconsistent for my taste. Torain's looked absolutely awful the last three games, and SF has the best run D in football. He's out. Antonio Brown's been a beast with Ward out, so he's a must start outta this group (even with Hines returning). I think Breaston will lose his job to Baldwin and be moved to the slot, but it doesn't necessarily happen this week, so I think I'd also start him. I know Stevie Johnson's got Revis, but Nelson's done very little the last 4 weeks, so I think you still gotta take your chances with Johnson.
Roethlisberger vs Ravens or Cassel vs Dolphins.
The Steelers have something to prove this week after getting embarrassed by the Ravens earlier in the year, so they're gonna be motivated. That being said, the Dolphins are terrible, Baldwin looked like a beast Monday night, and I could see that KC offense really starting to click. Plus it's in KC and Miami's secondary has gotten lit up all year. I'd go Cassel.
D. Nelson vs Jets or J. Knox vs Eagles.
I'm really not high on either guy, but I have a feeling the Eagles are hitting their stride (not to mention Knox doesn't have a TD all year), so I'd take my chances with Nelson.
Eagles D vs Bears or Cowboys D vs Seahawks.
I have the same decision. Even though the Eagles are projected for more, I'm starting the Cowboys. They got embarrassed last week, and they're at home against a pathetic offense. I see them having a real good week.
DEVILS ALL THE WAY 11-04-2011, 05:09 PM Schaub against the Browns (whitout AJ again)
or
Fitzpatrick against the Jets
I'm leaning towards the bearded Irishmen.
Big Poppa Puck 11-04-2011, 05:29 PM Assuming my aforementioned trade gets approved by the Commish:
Benson, Murray or Battle.
And pick 3: Bryant, Julio, Manningham, Fitzgerald, S.Johnson.
Leaning Bryant, Manningham and Fitz right now. No Nicks for the Giants, Johnson has Revis to deal with, and Julio is coming off an injury.
Hizaki 11-04-2011, 05:48 PM Antonio Brown or Jordy Nelson?
Information that may or may not be relevant...I have Rodgers, but my opponent has Jennings. My opponent also has Big Ben.

I agree on the receivers. I'd probably start Murray, but Battle would be a good option as well.
Pick 2 (assuming no Nicks) : Wayne, Battle or DHB ?
BGDDYKWL 11-04-2011, 06:20 PM Schaub against the Browns (whitout AJ again)
or
Fitzpatrick against the Jets
Cleveland actually gives up less passing yards per game than the Jets, but they've given up 9 TDs to the Jets 4. I'd go with Schaub.
Benson, Murray or Battle.
And pick 3: Bryant, Julio, Manningham, Fitzgerald, S.Johnson.
Yeah I'd go Bryant, Fitz, and Manningham. All good matchups (especially with Nicks out). I'd give Julio a week to make sure he's healthy. As for the RBs, I'm admittedly probably too high on Murray, but I think he's just looked too good to sit. Until Felix returns (and possibly even after) I think Murray's a must start.
Antonio Brown or Jordy Nelson?
Nelson's too inconsistent for my taste. But obviously the Ravens pass D has been phenomenal this year. I'd still lean Brown here.
Pick 2 (assuming no Nicks) : Wayne, Battle or DHB ?
I'd definitely go Battle. Then I'd probably lean DHB. I know things aren't looking great in Oakland with McFadden out and Palmer in, but Garcon is the clear number one in Indy, not to mention they've really looked bad lately. I think DHB has more upside.
BobaFett424 11-06-2011, 09:54 AM i'm in a tough spot. do i start flacco vs steelers or cutler vs eagles??
Hot Carlson 11-06-2011, 09:58 AM i'm in a tough spot. do i start flacco vs steelers or cutler vs eagles??
Flacco on the road, not a particularly good matchup. I'd play Cutler coming off the bye.
Need 2:
Greene
Blount
Murray
Ryan Fitzpatrick vs. Jets at home is a good play over Alex Smith vs. Redskins on the road flying across the country, right?
Also thinking of Santonio Holmes vs. Julio Jones
Herby 11-06-2011, 10:58 AM No idea what to do with my flex spot...
Michael Crabtree
Chris Ogbannaya
Daniel Thomas
I'm seriously thinking of pulling out of a hat.
Fighter 11-06-2011, 11:10 AM Pick 2, PPR League with return yards points:
Antonio Brown vs BAL
Boldin @PIT
Lloyd @ARI
I'm leaning towards Lloyd and Boldin.

I'm leaning towards Lloyd and Boldin.
I'd go Lloyd and Boldin also.
McGahee at Oak or Tolbert vs GB
BGDDYKWL 11-07-2011, 04:23 AM Yeah I'd go Bryant, Fitz, and Manningham. All good matchups (especially with Nicks out). I'd give Julio a week to make sure he's healthy.
Safe to say he's healthy. Lol.
ixcuincle 11-07-2011, 05:21 AM Nice, turns out I started Julio Jones. Can't remember if I started him or not, and I don't check my fantasy football scoring during the games.
Big Poppa Puck 11-07-2011, 09:30 AM Safe to say he's healthy. Lol.
I sat him in that league but still won.
I started him in my other league and lost by 6 because the dude actually started Ben Tate and Steve Breaston  :shakehead
