We'll see about the tax issue. But as far as the players are concerned, Koivu, Kiprusoff, Salo and Berg are all ready to play for TPS.
montreal 09-11-2004, 04:58 PM Over here I've heard that Koivu will play for TPS if there's a lockout, and since it's looking like a lockout, I'm guessing he'll be there this year. Hope he has a great season. :handclap:

Patrik Stefan to Ilves was already confirmed by Jatkoaika, but Ilves denied the contract, so I don't know what's going on.
Likely/rumoured: Tuomo Ruutu, Jarkko Ruutu, Olli Jokinen and Marek Zidlicky to HIFK. I don't think IFK could afford to sign that many NHLers, but maybe one or two of them. And even if they were to sign Zidlicky, one foreigner would have to be moved, thanks to the stupid new foreigner rule.

Niko Kapanen (Zug)
Niklas Hagman (Davos)
Olli Jokinen (Kloten)
and maybe Saku Koivu in Lugano.
Finnish players which have a contract for the whole season in Switzerland: Hentunen, Peltonen, Mikko Eloranta, Tuulola.
