Well UND beat university of manitoba last night not really a tough opponent but they won 8-3 on to Maine next weekend. Zajac and Stafford looked amazing 4 pts each.

Like you said, not much of a fight after the first goal against. Too bad Nate Zeigelmann quit, he would have seen some action in this game ahead of Lamorieux.
Zajac looked alright. I'll reserve judgement until a few weeks into the season, but I think once he gets his feet under him, he'll be fine and a big asset. But NOT "as good as Parise" as a few publications have said.

Zajac might end up being better than Zpar in the long run. Im excited for this season

How many goals could Stafford get now that Parise is in Albany?

I'm looking forward to UND coming into Maine this weekend. With both teams losing very little at D it should make for a a couple low scoring and hard fought games. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they split.

The sioux may have more of a higher powered offense then last year. The Maine series should go towards the sioux since both teams offset in d and goal almost but the sioux offense is too much. It just depends on if the sioux can get the ball rolling

I know they have some talented recruits, but it will take a little while for them to get adjusted. UND quite possibly would have the edge on offense and the D is probably even, but there is no way they offset in goal. So it still looks like a tight series.
