So we tried this a while back. ATD #1 (http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/showthread.php?t=565028) went well, ATD #2 (http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/showthread.php?t=683618) fizzled out at the very end. With the NFL offseason now upon us, figured I'd give it a shot and see if there's enough interest to fire this up again.

If there is, then we'll figure out the rules (number of teams, roster spots, etc.) based on how much interest there is. Co-GMs are fine too.

Biggest rule is if you sign up, you are committing to the whole process: making your picks on time (or PM a list ahead of time to someone), voting for the standings/playoff rounds, etc. Let's not have a repeat of last time where there was barely any activity by the end of it.

I'll be PM'ing those from the previous ones too to see if they want back in.

Good call. Maybe what we can do is have people reserve their spot now, and then after the deadline/mock draft reconfirm it (or be replaced) before we start.

Only one I wasn't able to PM from the two previous drafts is Clarkson since his PM box was full...but I figure he'll come across this thread anyways.

These were the rules last time, any objections?

You have 10 hrs to make your pick from Rounds 1-9. Starting with Round 10 we go to an 8 hr clock. Trades are permitted but must be one for one, two for two, etc. Using the same rules as last draft here.

Roster requirements (30 round draft):
11 picks offence (1 QB, 5 O-Line required)
11 picks defence (3-4 DL / 3-4 LB, 4 DB)
3 picks special teams (1 K, 1 P, 1 KR/PR)
1 coach
4 Bench spots

Players who can play on multiple units count in each of them (i.e. a WR who also is a KR/PR can be used for both, or a player that plays both offense and defense, etc.)

I think we need more than 8 teams.

If you need another I'd be in, and I would be very committed.
