Unholy Diver 11-08-2004, 11:21 PM Jerome Bettis
Ric Flair 11-09-2004, 12:10 AM The Bus
monster_bertuzzi 11-09-2004, 02:13 AM You guys chose Bettis, yet Alexander ran for 30 more yards and scored 2 TD's. :dunno:

Yes
Safir* 11-09-2004, 03:33 AM Hasselbeck.
Legionnaire 11-09-2004, 03:37 AM Pittman
Tuggy 11-09-2004, 03:45 AM Tough choice this week, but I went with Alexander. But HM go to Bress once again, Pittman and the Bus.
Big McLargehuge 11-09-2004, 06:07 AM You guys chose Bettis, yet Alexander ran for 30 more yards and scored 2 TD's. :dunno:
Alexander didn't come off the bench to beat the best team in the NFL.
Bettis gets my vote. For having "nothing left in the tank" he absolutely ran over Philadelphia.
Herby 11-09-2004, 09:20 AM Antonio "TD Machine" Gates
The best TE in the NFL
monster_bertuzzi 11-09-2004, 12:47 PM Alexander didn't come off the bench to beat the best team in the NFL.

Philly's run D has been average this year..
IkeaMonkey* 11-09-2004, 12:51 PM Alexander.
I really wanted to vote for Brees(again), but I decided to give Alexander the vote to make sure the Steelers homers dont get their way on the poll. The guy ran for more yards on less carries and acctually hit the end zone than "DA BUS". Your bias views cant skew these facts. Also, this is "top performer" not "best story".
JLand 11-09-2004, 02:11 PM I can't believe I'm saying this, but
Drew Brees :amazed:
ObeySteve 11-09-2004, 02:27 PM I don't see how anyone can choose Brees when Manning did more against a better defense. The Vikings defense isn't great, but it sure beats the Saints horrid defense.
Manning and Alexander are the only viable options for me.
Hockeyfan02 11-09-2004, 02:33 PM You guys chose Bettis, yet Alexander ran for 30 more yards and scored 2 TD's. :dunno:
Not to mention on less carries. Neither faced a great run defense. I went with Manning. Absolutely lit up the Vikings defense and made that nice left handed play.
The Guy on the Couch* 11-09-2004, 07:24 PM Jerome Bettis.
Anyone who disagrees is a total fool and obviously knows nothing about the sport of football.

Or isnt a Steelers homer. ;)
ObeySteve 11-09-2004, 08:05 PM Bettis has 6 votes solely because a.) the large Steeler fanbase here, and b.) people here saw the Eagles-Steelers game more than any other game.
FlyersGuy69 11-09-2004, 08:29 PM Peyton Manning: 23/29 – 268 yds. 4 TD’s; 4-20 yds.
anguscertified 11-09-2004, 11:43 PM Alexander hands down. He is the reason for the Seahawks turn around.
Legionnaire 11-10-2004, 12:45 AM Hey Chris, next week could you make these polls public? I'm always intersted to see who voted for whom.
Lots a votes, but not that many responses.
BiggMac99 11-10-2004, 07:14 AM Fitzgerald for his winning TD.
Evilo 11-10-2004, 09:36 AM Brees for the second week in a row.
Bobby Ryan Getzlaf 11-10-2004, 03:15 PM Bettis has 6 votes solely because a.) the large Steeler fanbase here, and b.) people here saw the Eagles-Steelers game more than any other game.
Alot of people may have seen it, but for some reason, it wasn't broadcasted in my area. Second week in a row that two awesome teams playing each other wasn't played(the week before Indy-KC).
I voted for Manning, but Manning is like god to me. Alexander and Brees did well, too.

I would have voted for Terrell Owens but I don't think he played on sunday.
ObeySteve 11-10-2004, 05:44 PM You're right, he didn't.
See, the difference between you and me is that I'm an objective NFL fan and at least try to not look at everything through a biased lense.

No, the difference is that I'm not an NFL fan. Football bores the piss out of me, I just voted for Bettis because P Diddy said I'd die if I didnt' vote.

You need Sunday ticket :D
benji 11-10-2004, 09:47 PM Alexander. He is awesome.
I voted for Bettis by accident though.

Yes I am aware of that, seeing as how I make these up.
I just hadn't voted yet, & figured I'd bump this thing up to give some people a chance to vote if they haven't already.
Dr Love 11-14-2004, 07:33 PM Yes I am aware of that, seeing as how I make these up.
This is the second time today I have done something like that. :dunce: *sigh* And with that, I am heading home now. 'Night ladies.
