There hasn't been an announcement yet, but I will be making one within the next week.

If you haven't been in a sim league before, you basically manage your team (make trades, sign free agents, set your lineups, etc) against 29 other GMs. It's a lot of fun.

we have to make sure people are actually committed, or this will end up like last one.

Cap it off at say, 15 or 20 teams, it'll go faster and thus will be more likely to get finished.

4 relief pitchers(including closer)
1 DH,depending on which team you choose

OOOhhhh NL teams get no DH? Thats fooey. (and it will throw the draft off balance since the AL teams will need an extra round :) )
