I know it couldn't happen because the NCAA champ is crowned much earlier the the Memerial Cup is done. Perhaps a clash of the #1 ranked CHL and NCAA team at the pre or post mid-season? THe American College team would definately be a heavy favourite, and personally I'd say they would win by a 5-2/4-1 type score.
