1st pick midget draft?

i was just wondering since i'am from saint john n.b who will get the first pick in the draft,also is there any players who really stand out?

There is a midget draft and a European draft.

Whoever gets the first draft pick automatically gets the second draft pick in the other draft, the vice versa is also true.

Saint John is guaranteed a 1st and 2nd round draft pick as is St. John’s.

Expansion teams are allowed 5 overagers their first year
