Problem opening programs...

Okay guys, i've got Paint Shop Pro on my new PC but i'm having a problem: Anytime I click on a pic on my desktop, it will open up in PSP, but then when I click on another pic on my desktop it will open up in a completely new PSP rather than just opening up as a 'window' in the current PSP which is already opened. How do I make it so all pics open up in one PSP? This makes it impossible to edit numerous pictures at once.

I have PSP7 and I do it by Right Click -> Open With -> PSP7 and it opens it in a new window in the current PSP.. :huh:

I had a look in preferences and couldn't find anything either.. maybe it's just the version you have? Does it work if you 'File' -> 'Open' a pic from within the PSP you have open?

Yep, it works perfectly when I do file>open within a PSP I already have open, it's just I get this problem I described when I double click on a pic from my desktop or a folder somewhere.

Oh ok.. When I double click my picture files they open in 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer', so perhaps you should consider yourself lucky! ;)

EDIT: Finally did something about it and set PSP as the default picture viewer, but I'm not having your problem.. Double clicking on another file just brings it up in the same program.
