Evilo 01-23-2005, 11:32 PM Wow, I wasn't in good shape before yesterday, and I still went 0-4 this week. Ouch!
Anyway, here are my predictions :
Eagles 17
Patriots 26
SB MVP : Brady
NE cover
DJ Spinoza 01-23-2005, 11:34 PM Mine as well get this over with... I sucked at both prediction things for football (NCAA and NFL) this year.
New England 24
Philadelphia 16
Super Bowl MVP: Dillon
Pats cover
Fish on The Sand 01-23-2005, 11:48 PM Eagles 24 Pats 17
Mcnabb mvp
Philly cover obviously.
NE, and not only will they cover the spread, they will cover TO, they will cover McNabb, and when Pinkston is thrown a ball, they wont bother covering him. Cause the ******* will see the Pats Mascot and Duck for cover.

Roger's Pancreas* 01-31-2005, 10:39 PM I don't want to see it, but I'll predict the Patriots w/ Tom Brady as the MVP. I was impressed with the way Philadelphia shut down Vick and the running game.

For a guy who is 3rd wideout and just nickel corner?
I have tremendous respect for Troy Brown for being the only guy besides Deion Sanders to play both sides of the ball in the past 40 years, but come on. ;)
Jared Ramsden 02-01-2005, 03:06 PM New England 27 Philadelphia 17......Dillon is MVP, New England covers the spread.....
littleHossa 02-01-2005, 07:05 PM I have a feeling so I have to go with it, and for this game, so what if I'm not on the list, I missed it earlier.
Eagles - 24
Patriots - 14

You must be one of the few people here who doesn't flush their paycheck down the toilet at the sportsbook then ;)
The Pats are +6. Basically, they have to win by 7 or more to cover the spread. If they win by 6 or less, then Philly covers the spread.
Say the score is 27-20 Pats. They won by 7. They cover the spread.
Say the score is 27-24 Pats. They won by 4. They needed 6 but didn't get it. Philly covers.
Now, put that with the Over/Under and the moneyline, and you're a bonafide booker...lol.

Hockeyfan02 02-05-2005, 10:19 PM NE 24- PHI 20....I think the Eagles will give the Pats all they can handle, but NE will go up for good midway through the 4th quarter.
MVP- Corey Dillon: 125 yards, 2 TDs.
Eagles cover.
Dave is a killer 02-05-2005, 10:21 PM Patriots 40 - Eagles 20

it hurts to say this, but I think the Eagles are gonna pull it off. Being one of the few non-eagle fans in the heart of eagle country, this off season's gonna suck...lets just say if this game were decided on planet earth, the patriots would romp them, but I just have that feeling, whatever celestial sports gods had the red sox win, i have the same feeling about the eagles.
