Greg 09-20-2003, 09:16 AM Lines per the official site: LEFT WING CENTER RIGHT WING #18 Tyson Nash #77 Chris Gratton #28 Landon Wilson #21 Jason Jaspers #16 Mike Sillinger #29 Branko Radivojevic #44 Andrei Nazarov #14 Jeff Taffe #8 Daniel Cleary #43 Mike Stutzel #41 Chris Ferraro #20 Fredrik Sjostrom #47 Nikos Tselios #5 David Tanabe #57 Goran Bezina #32 Cale Hulse #3 Igor Knyazev #45 Brad Ference #1 Sean Burke #35 Zac Bierk ducky 09-20-2003, 10:08 AM Ouch. Not much of a lineup. Obviously a few players are getting an opportunity to show they can play at this level...and a couple interesting chemistry experiments IMO Taffe with Cleary Jaspers and Sillinger Nash-Gratton-Wilson (can the wingers inspire the centre with their gritty, heart on the sleeve style of play?) Kynazev with Ference Hockey season has started!!!!!! ulf 09-20-2003, 10:48 PM good eye duck......is it poss for gratton to get the point early enough.skate or stay on the 4th. sillinger is the 2nd best centre. 3rd and 4th lines won't be in phx this year, although 2/3 of the 3th line might be in the press box. we know what naz brings give cleary a chance. good test for the goalies and probably good practise too. PhoPhan 09-21-2003, 04:53 AM Coyotes Crown Kings 3-2 (http://tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?ID=54666) Branko, Gratton and Wilson scored. Cleary, Taffe, Sillinger, Tselios had assists. Gwyddbwyll 09-21-2003, 05:27 AM Really good to see Wilson had a goal.. I want to see him on the opening night roster. NHL.com thinks we lost 3-2  No stats available on the game from their super-duper new site however you can get a play-by-play account, a faceoff comparision and a shift chart of Rangers versus Redwings which obviously we should all be much more interested in. Waldo 09-21-2003, 06:03 AM Even though it's only preseason it's still good to get the win. I'm sure the Kings were trying to impress the fans and played hard. Good to have the specialty teams win us the game. It's good to see Bierk have a good game. Another game tonite against the Ducks. I'm asssuming it will be Boosh and Pelts. Anyway, a nice start. c9orf 09-21-2003, 06:41 AM It's good to see Bierk have a good game. Another game tonite against the Ducks. I'm asssuming it will be Boosh and Pelts. Anyway, a nice start. Probably Boucher, Pelletier, and Leneveu will each get a period - and one goalie will be sent down before the San Jose game. | ||
