Yeah, but I hope they asked Danny Gare first. He approached the Sabres a few years ago about creating that coaching position for him. He wanted to focus on coaching shooting. Gare's a former assistant NHL coach and is known as a motivator. If they passed him up to hire Martin, they're still doing things the same old Sabre way.

Knowing the Sabres they will hire Ray as an analyst, fire gare who will go to Columbus, become head coach, and lead the Blue Jackets to the cup.

Then again, maybe it is the pessimist in me. :D

I would think he would of...funny how Martin gets the job Gare wanted them to create for him a couple of years ago.

I guess Quinn liked Rico's accent........ ;)
