We must be close to the same age, I think I would have cited those events as well. I would add '68, '69, '71, '73, '75-'79, '86 and '93, years where the Habs won a Cup. ;)

ah....the day that I had that really good sandwich. I'll never forget that.

Back in '91, July 27th, I was in my kitchen. It was a toasted tomato, cheese, cucumber, and lettuce sandwich. I don't think I'll ever enjoy another sandwich that much ever again. I don't think I'll ever see bread toasted that perfectly, tomatoes that fresh......

Does anybody else remember me eating that sandwich???? NO???? oh sure you remember the Berlin wall falling, the Gretzky trade, but you don't remember that sandwich!!!!!!!!!

LOL. I was thinking the same thing about you reading about Kennedy and the lunar landing.

(I of course am referring to the Earthquake that hit right in the middle of the SF-Oakland World Series)
