In todays hockey, who look most like Bobby Hull? It is Pavel Bure? because all I know is that Bobby Hull was a great and fast skater with an extremly hard shot!!! But what about his:

defensive game?
stickhandling?
passing?
was he an agressive player?

But most important, which player do look most like Bobby Hull in todays hockey?

There is NO ONE who combines all of Bobby Hull's skills and attributes in today's game. Nothing even close.
If you took John LeClair's brute force and mixed it with Pavel Bure's skating and threw in Brett Hull's snap shot and Al MacInnis's slap shot, you start to be close.
Hull was the fastest skater EVER. His fastest time is STILL ahead of anyone else ever timed. 29.7 mph. Ridiculous!
He carried the puck a lot, like a Bure, but wasn't a floater like Pavel. He would just take it the length of the ice and let it rip! And his shot made MacInnis's look slow! Topped out in the late 60's at 110 mph (on inferior speed guns) for his slapper! And the scary thing was his shot dipped or rose oddly, due to his excessively curved stick. Goalies were INSANE in those days!
Hull could dish it out with the best of them when so incensed. Just ask John Ferguson! But he didn't like to play it rough, so he usually didn't.

It's hard to explain the Bobby Hull mystique. He was a total original, and no one has been like him since.
