I feel your excitement, but I hardly can wait to see guys like Stals and Moore get benched in favor of vets 2nite. Thats even if they get to play. Maybe Sather intentionally doesnt dress the rookies in front of the homecrowd so they cannot yell and moan about them getting 7 mins of icetime. It really sucks, though. Why have rookies compete for a spot out of the 13 forwards when you're gonna shaft them and give them 7 mins of icetime to show their stuff. Just get it over now. Send Stals, Moore and Scott down and have your 13 forwards. Why lead them on and why further the disappointment? This all goes out the window if they make the team, however much impossible.

Is Sather retarded? Does he not know the Kovalev line is working? Why does he have to send them on the ice every friggin PP? He should be working Stals, Moore and Lundmark in with three other vets and putting them on the PP. Moore should be on the PK to show what he's got.

After last nights game, I expect Jackets to dress Jody Shelley and David Ling after the Lindros fight last night, I also expect Rangers to dress Scott as well.

And what are the chances that will happen when 3 of our top 6 are fairly injury proned. I think that's what he meant by that. Noone expects them to beat out any vet in preseason.
