And just now I'm beginning to hear of Allison's injuries. I don't follow the Kings much and I don't know a whole lot about whats going on over there, but can you guys tell me if its expected that Allison will be ready to go at the season opener? Because if not, im gonna trade him away to someone who doesn't know hes injured heh. Is there any time table at all as to when he will return if he is injured? Thanks, guys.

No one really knows for sure. They are saying he could be playing in a couple of preseason games but no one really knows.

Latimes.com reported on 9/27 that Allison endured what Coach Andy Murray called "mild contact" in Friday's practice.

Allison has not been cleared for full contact yet, but the Kings remain hopeful that he will be ready for the season opener

I picked up Allison in the 14th round of my draft two days ago... Desided NOT to pick him beforehand, but when he was availible that late I couldn't resist... :)

that would be unbelievable!

I'd rather they're overly cautious with him instead of him coming back too early and we have two guys with jello for heads making up our top line.
