I believe in a pre-season game against the Coyotes he played on a line with Palffy and Stumpel (3-2 loss). He still has to do something to earn a contract, so far he's above-average. I wouldn't be sursprised if he gets a contract just before the season starts.

i was at the Coyotes vs Kings game at Staples. i actually thought Bartecko looked pretty good out there. he play on the all slovak line. he even scored a goal with 1:11 left in the 3rd to make it 3-2.
