However, what I really would like to see is an email draft. One mail a day and thus one round per day. On average we would only have to list 15 players per day and that's not too much to ask. Is it? If needed I could handle the list on some days.

IMO, It's not a business of the league to determine whether the trade is even or if anybody wins. It's the league business only to determine "lopsided" and suspicious dealing.

I see problems for negated trades being involved with compensatory draft picks.

If I make a lopsided deal with Focker lets say.... he and I can work it out so I get hosed..... and get a compensatory 2nd rounder...
and then I make it up to him later in the year.

Picks should not be awarded in my opinion.

I also think trade committees should be utilized only if the trade is a blatant attempt at cheating. Some trades ARE lopsided, and should be allowed to go through. (Naslund for Stojanov)
