What makes you uneasy?

I'm not talking phobias here necessarily but possibly. I'm talking uneasiness and maybe fearfulness.

What kinds of things or situations make you feel uncomfortable, uneasy and maybe even scared? Things or situations that increase your heart rate and make you sweat.

Mine:

-- snakes
-- bridges, especially over water
-- trains, especially over tressles
-- tunnels, especially under water
-- submarines
-- caves

Walking my dog when there are other dogs on the bikepath not on leashes. (this is extremely common in alaska, not to mention dogs roaming free on their owner's lawn)

Escalators- I work in a Dept store and have seen way too many people fall down them when theres a power surge and they shut off, including one time when i was the first person on the scene and ended up with blood all over me from an old lady who fell backwards and hit her head

You're afraid of snakes and ladders? Also escalators, which replaced ladders in the "Eels and escalators" game in an episode of Spongebob Squarepants. Weird coincidence.

I was thinking of almost the same thing, except I would have said, "people asking me what makes me uneasy."

Some smells make me lose my appetite. It's not the normal "puke" "rotten food" etc. smell; when I think of one, I'll post it back here.

Being up on a roof...I almost fell off one when I was younger. The last time I had to be on a roof, I had a panic attack.

Also, being followed by the cops when I'm driving...even if I'm obeying every speed and driving law, they still give me the screaming meemees.

"Realistic" heights. Not like when you look down from an airplane, but more like looking down from the second floor of a mall.

Ocean/lake swimming where I can't touch bottom. Call it the "Jaws Effect" from childhood.
