Why can't the habs do something similar with loto-Quebec???

The Canadians are already the most taxed team in the NHL, this should help them diminish their loses to the city taxes if they can do a scratch and win of their own.

but 10$ a ticket...that's a lot in my mind.

Still, it would give a stasfaction to the buyer when/if he doesnt win that at least the money went to something he cares about. :D
