Monday's editions of the Tornto Star (waymoresports.com) carried interesting piece about burns. Perhaps someone here at HF --sorry, I am not Internet savvy) could post the URL.
And then, discuss????? kpd

that is the link, and basically the story has burns being linked to a few known hell's angels that are now facing murder and drug traffiking charges. He is indirectly accused of some involvement and link to the crimes but no one wants to be specific. the article in my opinion states that burns is a hell's angle wannabe. burns reaction to it is:
"I'm not fascinated by them," he counters. "That's not the right word. They just happen to be around a lot of the places I go, motorcycle shops and events.
"This is all just ********."
to me this seems like a reporter looking to create more of a story than there appears to be.
I know a convicted armed robber and was good friends with him in high school. I played hockey with a child molestor and was totally shocked when i heard what he had done. they were people i met in the circles i ran in, and becasue of similar interests they also ran in. doesnt mean can be linked to participation in armed robbery or child molestation.
there isnt enough fact brought forward in this article to make my mind up either way, so until proven otherwise, to me, burns is a harley davidson fanatic, who happened to give out a few signed 8x10s and a business card, to a few bad guys at some point, and may actaully have been mildly stalked a bit by one of them.
and the bruins should still never have fired him.

The Angels had to let him go, citing philosophical differences.
The Angels preferred an attacking style while Burns wouldn't stop preaching team defense. :p

methinks ..much ado about nothing...
In my yute i had been known to socialize with a few Angels and Devil's Disciples...
I had a couple of bikes of my own... Like Burns said..you will rub elbows I guess at times... doesn't make you a criminal.. at least it didn't me.
