just wondering if the game tonight is going to be on the radio (or tv?) in the san jose area. it won't be in los angeles, so if someone wanted to post updates for those of us who can't listen or watch, that would be pretty awesome.

This may solve your problem:

Sacramento Game To Be Heard On The Net

The Sharks Radio broadcasters, Dan Rusanowsky and Pete Stemkowski, will return to action on Wednesday, October 1, when the Sharks face Pacific Division rivals, Los Angeles at Arco Arena in Sacramento. The game will be broadcast live over the Internet and can be heard at SJSHARKS.COM. A "Listen Live" option will be available prior to the start of the game to access the audio feed.

I found the listen live option, but it's playing a game from last year.

I don't care if it's preseason or a pickup game, but you've got to hold onto a 3 goal lead. I'm not picking on the Sharks specifically because every team needs to do the same thing.

It's almost never ALL the goalies fault, but they scored 3 goals quick, and two came within 25 seconds of each other. I just mean Mikka hasn't really done anything that I've read about in the pre-season to really redeem himself. He's in a position where he needs to be great to keep his job and he's not been doing it from the sound of things. I like Kipper, but I think the writing is on the wall, that of the two he seems to be the one that is not doing what he needs to do or at least not atthe level he needs to do it. Toskala has less to prove in my mind to get the back up job, and yet seems to have been playing better. Kipper needs to prove he deserves to keep it, Toskala has already shown he deserves the chance.

Heard the last half of the SJ-LA game. According to the broadcasters both Toskala and Kiprusoff have to pass through waivers to be sent to the minors so SJ may keep 3 goalies on the squad to start the season.
