No just like last time only starters, no special teams. You can also pick your formations as well (3-4, 4-3 for defence, a fullback and 2 WR's for offence, or no FB and 3 WR's....its your call).

What about a Kicker, punter and returner? Also are we drafting coaches?

Kickers and punters yes - coaches and return men no. But we'll see in the middle of the draft if we want to add coaches, its pointless though IMO.
