#7 - Fredrik Sjostrom- "Great attitude and a strong two-way game. Sjöström is also a strong skater and a quite capable scorer. A future NHLer for sure."

#37 - Liam Lindström

#88 - Erik Lewerström

Wow, I've forgotten about Lewerstrom. Any chance he could surprise us?

Everything '-stroem', or what?! ;)

There is another thread, asking if Sjostrom should be traded. I don't think so. This kid has huge upside. He tore up the 'Dub' last season. He'll need some time to adjust to the pro level and he'll be fine. It's not like this franchise has all the other pieces in place and was only waiting for Sjostrom to kick it into gear. He's one of the brightest prospects this team has, so give him some time, alright?!

Dancin' Gabe rules!

That's very good for the top euros 100.

Regardless, wish we still had #15 too.

Rickard Wallin

Birth: 1980-04-09
Nation: Sweden
Position: C
Shoots: L
Height: 6.02
Weight: 194
Drafted: Selected 1998 by Phoenix round 6 #160 overall

A great leader. He's one of those players you could build a team around. Wallin is also a very all-round player. He works hard and most of all he's a really good playmaker. Wallin has fine technical skills as well.

Doubt it.. Think he came over 2 years ago and was a non-entity in the rookies camp / tourney.. guys like Bezina were far more impressive.. plus he's quite old now (23 or 24?) and hardly a dominant player in the SEL.

I think that is a little bit of an exaggeration. Would you even build your farm team around a guy like Wallin?

Of course not. It is Swedish fans making comments about Swedish players. Would still rather have him though.
