From TSN Discussions between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Fleury, the number one overall pick, were finalized on Monday just ahead of the 3 pm et deadline. Fleury's agent Allan Walsh had submitted a proposal to the Penguins on Friday after rejecting the team's initial offer. Fleury was in Montreal after leaving the Penguins camp Thursday night.
