It says Martin Podlesak is returning home, due to concussion and his low chances to get into NHL squad. Sparta Prage may be interensted in him, but it depends on his condition and health state.

I can understand him wanting to go home because of the concussion and health..but he is under contract. Wont he be basically walking away from his contract agreement with the Coyotes if he plays for Sparta?

His agent negotiated with Coyotes and both organisation and player thinks, that it would be better for him to finish season in Europe, instead of AHL. Next summer he will appear again in the summer camp of Coyotes.

Basically that there has been lots of interest of late from Swedish teams for players on the Czech team Kladno. In particular, Pavel Patera and Martin Sevcovi. Farjestad is making an official offer for both players. They've had good experience with signing Czech players in past (eg. Radek Hamr). Kladno is saying they would consider releasing the palyers for the remainder of this season but not for next (which Farjestad wants).
