Having not seen either of their first two games, have Williams and Devereaux been playing well enough to justify their spot in the lineup? I'd love to see Hudler make his debut, and two games in the pressbox is making me antsy. Anyone else think he should be in the lineup, or are the other two doing their job?

well williams has played a average of about 7 1/2 minutes a game in 2 games, getting no points and has 3 SOG.... while devereaux has played 2 gaames, not quite 7 minutes on average for the 2 games, and has 4 sog with zero points.....
neither has done anything yet to show they want to keep there roster spot, but hopfully if hudler is given a shot or something he'll take it and run run run......

Either play him or send him out to Grand Rapids. There should be no way this kid sits on a nightly basis. He is missing out on too much developmental time.

it lists hudler as having played about 5 minutes. what's the deal?
He did play tonight, about 6 shifts 5 minutes and change...didn't do much but at least he did get to play a little. We'll see how long Hull will be nursing that sore back...maybe he'll get a little more time.

I agree, I want him to be sent down. Not because he isn't ready but because it's quite obvious Lewis has no plans on using him regularly. But he sure does love Devereaux.

The thing that i liked about his game last night is that he went to the corners and actually layed a few hits(didn't do much, but there was contact).
This to me is a good sign. He is only 19, and most 19 year olds are not filled out. He will probably put on sme bulk over the next few years.
The good thing is though, is that he does like to go into the corners and go to the net, something that most small players are blasted for.

As much as I want too see him here playing here; games in GR will only be better for him.
