what if

I wanna know what if, in '93, instead of Gretzky scoring the game-tying goal after cross-checking Toronto's Doug Gilmour off the puck, from behind to the ice, Wayne sits for two minutes, and the Leafs play the end of regulation on the PP with a one-goal lead. I guess a Toronto-Montreal SCF would have been bad for American TV ratings.
