2 assists so far. Comments?
LundqvistRiddarn 10-21-2003, 12:11 PM 2 assists so far. Comments? Predatore 10-21-2003, 12:49 PM he looked slow and almost unmotivated when I saw him during preseason. It's more surprising that he has only 2 assists so far.. than the fact that Robert Nilsson only has one goal. I still think it will turn around and he'll start producing soon. If I recall correctly Magnus Kahnberg was in a similar situation last season. leafaholix* 10-21-2003, 01:42 PM Alexander Steen's leading the team with 14 points, is this a hot streak or is he actually playing that well? Johan, what were your predictions for him and now what are they (if they've changed at all)? Predatore 10-21-2003, 02:42 PM hmm as you may remember I had made a huge predictions thread before the board went down. I believe I had Steen in the range between 25-30 points. Right now I say it looks like he'll end up around 40 points, but it is still very early to tell. As for Steen's play.. he is playing really well. He is getting quality ice-time.. playing a lot on Frölunda's first line. I would be very surprised if we'll not find him on the next team Sweden squad (although they may rest him due to the WJC). Swedelicious 10-22-2003, 01:14 AM Nah... Hardy Nilsson is only interrested in young players if they play for Djurgården. Riddarn 10-22-2003, 01:21 AM Nah... He is actually playing that well, I wouldn´t be surprised at all to see him playing for Team Sweden (Tre Kronor) later this season. Predatore 10-22-2003, 06:36 AM I think that on Monday when the next Tre Kronor squad will be announced.. we'll find his name there. We'll probably find Magnus Kahnberg and Jari Tolsa's names there as well.. but definitely not Joel Lundqvist's. Riddarn 10-22-2003, 06:39 AM He is actually playing that well, I wouldn´t be surprised at all to see him playing for Team Sweden (Tre Kronor) later this season. I'd love to see that. He might get a shot at it, hopefully not in a roster full of "talents" but together with the big boys, Jönsson, Nordström Davidsson and the ex-NHL/AHL:ers. Only the best players and the best few prospects which is Steen, Nilsson and Eriksson up front I guess, and ehm.. Jonsson/Enström on D? | ||
