Lance Monych 19GP 10-13-23 -3 14pims

Brandon's leading points, 2nd in goals (to Fehr) and 2nd in assists (to Shefchyk)
Brandon are a bottom feeder and only has one point more than Seattle.

Randall Gelech 20GP 5-5-10 +0 24pims

Kelowna - 2nd equal on points, 3rd on goals, 4th= on assists
Kelowna are middle of the pack but have games in hand and a .600 win pct.

Ryan Gibbons 13GP 3-1-4 +6 20pims

Seattle - way down the ranks except on plus-minus which is equal best.
Seattle are bottom of the US Div and 2nd worst points total in the WHL.

Tyler Redenbach 20GP 10-10-20 +1 20pims

Swift C - 1st= on goals, 2nd on assists (to Leavitt who has one more), 2nd on points. Plus minus isnt impressive on a team full of big plusses.
Swift C are top of the Central Div and 3rd most points in the WHL (the teams above have played 2 and 4 more games).

Tyler Redenbach- He has been a pleasant surprise, and the best of these WHLers, with 17 points and 20 PIM in 16 games.

It's very good considering he was pointless in his first 5 or 6 games. So it's more like 17 points in the last 10 games give or take.

Lance Monych- 17 points in 14 games, impressive considering in the previous two seasons he had 93 points in 141 games.

Randall Gelech- 7 point, 22 PIM, in 15 games. Starting to look like that tourney performance was a fluke. Surpirse ;)

Ryan Gibbons- I believe he has been hurt, because he has only played in 6 games, but he hasn't registered a point yet.

Gibbons had a separated shoulder. He is back as of Oct 29/03.

In your opinion, has he looked like he could make the NHL (or at least the AHL) in the near future?

AT the rookie camp McSorley and Francis liked him alot. He won the shootout as well. He still has 3 years of junior eligablity left. 6'5" 215 RW has the size and stands in front of the net. Played at the 2001 World U17 for Team Pacific and won Silver.

He's that big? Wow. This is going to be an extremely big team in three years.

I posted how impressed I was with Gibbons at the summer's Rookie Camp when I made it out there. He is big, he is fast and he has a sense of the game ... from what I saw.

Gibbons looked tentative over the weekend when Seattle hosted Vancouver...he was stoked to score but was pretty invisible up until that point in the 2nd. I'm no scout though so i coulda been missing an awesome game..who knows.

PhoPhan do you think you could update the first post in the thread so we can see the stats easier?

Updated. I don't really plan on maintaining it, though.

OHL addendum

Jakub Koreis 17GP 3-11-14 +1 22pims

7th= on Guelph in goals, 4th on assists and 7th on points and almost the worst plus-minus. Not impressive at all.. he must improve in the next 20 games.

Guelph are top of their division and the OHL with 26 pts.

Ben Eager 20GP 7-13-20 -6 59pims

1st= on Oshawa in goals, 2nd in assists, 2nd on points and an average plus-minus on the team. And he's not riding Nathan Horton.

Oshawa are 17th out of 20 teams on points.
