I'm kinda impressed with this kid. From what I've heard, he's playing on the top line for Rimouski of the QMJHL. He's centered by Marc-Antoine Pouliot (Edmonton's 1st round pick) so its possible his stats are inflated. But he's also been picked for this RE/MAX challenge between Candian and Russian youngsters. I'm going to try to find some scouting reports about him but seems like a pretty impressive prospect for only a 7th round pick.

I found this scouting report about Roussin. It is from the Redline Report about a yr ago and gives you a quick glimpse about Roussin (its just below the top 10). Sounds like he's a quick starter every yr.

top line? could he be playing with crosby?Since Crosby is a center and I said that Pouliot was centering the top line with Roussin on his left, no he's not really playing with Sidney much. I'm sure they probably do share some time on the PP or PK but everything I've heard says they aren't paired up that much. That speaks volumes to me about the fact that Roussin is 3rd in the league in scoring and Crosby not on his line.
