His contract agreement is for the Caps or Russia....no AHL...at least for this season. They keep spewing the he's getting used to the NA game crap...kind hard to do that when your not playing.

I do have word he's seeing a lot of practice time with Lang and Jagr...so we'll see what comes out of that.

I am not hearing "learning the NA game". I am hearing about wanting him to learn to communicate with his teammates and learn to play a simpler game. Give it time. He may score 20 goals this year yet.

I see Cassidy is pairing Semin with Zubrus and Bondra for Atlanta. If he lets them play...could be a dangerous line.

The Post reports that Semin will play with Zubrus and Bondra tonight. Which backs up what I said about communications. These are the only two forwards on the team that can talk to the kid on the ice.
Cassidy has his fingers crossed too. Bondra is the team leader in goals.
Zubrus is the team leader in shots, last I saw. Cassidy needs a spark on this team. 3 goals from that line might be it.
