I was worried about this when LeBron did not sign right away like Dwyane Wade and Carmelo Anthony but all is well for Cleveland.

Good move by Cleveland to give him the max. LeBron James is not a player easily replaced...or replaceable at all, for that matter.

I wonder what Lebron would have gotten before the "salary cap" was put in....i remember everyone getting crazy deals...Lebron would IMO have gotten 8 years 200$ if this was 1997-2000 contract era

i was reading somewhere that come 2010-2011 or there abouts when the CBA expires alot of people around the league expect the max salary to be raised quite a bit....one blurb i caught last week stated something like 6-8 years for 150$:eek:
