Bierk injured

I'm listening to the Yotes/Quax tilt and Zac Bierk was replaced after the first period by Sean Burke because Zac suffered a hip flexor injury. Boucher was in street clothes and suited up to back up Sean.

I was pretty much sold on the idea of either trading or demoting Boosh (risking waivers) to open up a roster spot for either Taffe or Naz and/or freeing up salary. Now, quite suddenly, Brian Boucher looks like the best third string goalie in the NHL (who has become the chief backup). Obviously, we don't know how long Bierk will be out.

So my Q is this: Is Pelltier good enough to play in the NHL, or is it better to hang on to Boosh for awhile to protect ourselves from this current situation?

Good enough, he has issues with rebounds though.

Pelletier is reaching that make it or break it stage pretty soon as well, although he has some time to bide still. Too bad the Coyotes lost Bierk to injury, that is one major question mark surrounding Bierk for sure as he has had several injuries already.
