From the Tennessean:
Are the Nashville Predators the same team when they're not chasing the winged wheel?

It's a pertinent question, given that over the Predators' last 10 games, they've won just twice — both times against Detroit.

The latest victory over the Red Wings came Saturday when the Predators, full of vinegar following a handful of between-periods motivational speeches, scored four unanswered goals to erase a 3-0 deficit.

The challenge now, it seems, is to bring that same energetic level to the table against every opponent, such as the Calgary Flames, who will arrive at Gaylord Entertainment Center tomorrow.

The Predators' Scottie Upshall tries to get his stick down for a shot against Detroit's Curtis Joseph in Nashville's 4-3 win last week. The Preds hope to build on that win when they play host to Calgary Thursday.

Funny that that picture was obviously taken at home in our 5-3 win 2 weeks ago. Also funny that Upshall didn't even play in the 4-3 win in Detroit on Saturday. Oh well.
