A hat trick for Nolan and Marchment, and Mcauley with a double hattrick. LOL, it will never happen 4-4 tie, Mcauley four goals, Nolan the hat trick, and Marchment with a goal and an assist, as well as a bone crushing hit and a fight wtih parker. corbanSOG 11-15-2003, 08:08 AM 2-1 sharks nolan with no points. Pinto 11-15-2003, 09:50 AM good luck tonight guys I'll go with the mapleleafs.com PS2 perdictions and say 6-2 Leafs Nolan (3), Domi, Renberg, Mogilny (Sundin 3 assists) McCauley (2) The Mannschaft 11-15-2003, 10:20 AM Sharks 3 Leafs 2 Goals by Marleau, Thornton, and Cheechoo Leafs goals by Nolan and Kaberle King of Stankonia 11-15-2003, 10:41 AM Laffs 3 Sharks 1 Toronto goals: Mogilny(2), Stajan San Jose goals: Marleau Davison will catch Tucker with his head down and take him out of the game. Buster will receive a rousing cheer when he steps on the ice. Belfour will still be booed. Los Tiburones 11-15-2003, 10:44 AM Leafs 3 Sharks 2. I'm thinking that Nolan actually does score a goal. Nolan plays better when he's geared up. Leafer4Life 11-15-2003, 10:48 AM Hello there! My prediction is 4-3 Leafs. It would be great to see them win on my birthday weekend(birthday's tomorrow). GO LEAFS GO!!!!!!!!!! :handclap: Coach Bruce 11-15-2003, 11:06 AM 2-2 tie. Goals from Nolan and Mogilny for the Leafs. Goals for the Sharks will come from Cheechoo and Sturm. landshark 11-15-2003, 11:46 AM  I have to go to work early tonight. no game for me. Therefore, i'm going out on a limb.. sharks 4 - leafs 2 sharks - Sturm, Thorton, Damphousse, and Korky leafs - Nolan, Mogliny Serena587 11-15-2003, 11:48 AM Anyone know if my boy is playing? Cyclops II* 11-15-2003, 12:32 PM Sharks win 6-1. MCauley 4 points, Nolan none. Hockeycrazed07 11-15-2003, 01:26 PM Buster will receive a rousing cheer when he steps on the ice. Belfour will still be booed. If Quinn has any courage, he'll start both Mush and Buster. Both should be cheered by me, if nobody else. I'll go with 4-1 Laffs. Nolan (2), Stajan, and Gavey (is he still playing?) for the Leafs, and only Cheech for SJ. Shots will end up 43-18 for the Leafs. :p ~Crazed. Hockeycrazed07 11-15-2003, 01:27 PM Patrick should play tonight. Smith is now on the IR. ~Crazed. mage23 11-15-2003, 01:34 PM If Quinn has any courage, he'll start both Mush and Buster. Both should be cheered by me, if nobody else. idea stealer. :P I'll be pissed if Quinn doesn't start both of them. They deserve to hear the cheers for their years in San Jose. Something that, unfortunately, we never got a chance to give Suter or Graves. mage23 11-15-2003, 01:37 PM In a physical game, I think the Sharks will prevail tonight. I still think the Leafs D is suspect, and Belfour will be Belfour. The third line with Reech/Cheech and Thorny will come up big and post a couple goals with Sturm and Dampousse also picking up markers for the home side. McCauley with an empty netter to seal it as the sharks take home their first home win of the year 5-3. Serena587 11-15-2003, 01:45 PM Patrick should play tonight. Smith is now on the IR. ~Crazed. Thanks :D Hockeycrazed07 11-15-2003, 02:09 PM idea stealer. :P Mage, you knew that I thought it when you said it. How's your cough, by the way? ;) ~Crazed. X-SHARKIE 11-15-2003, 02:10 PM I won't get to watch the game tonight :( at my dads house. Your right Mage I forgot about Torontos defense. Sharks could really pull one out of here. No doubt. I hope to see Sturm continue his play, Stuart played a bad one Thursday, McLaren played very very well. I hope to see Boyes up here soon :) Ahhh if only Michalek was still here. Damn I wish I could see this game!!! AHHHH ! mage23 11-15-2003, 02:33 PM Mage, you knew that I thought it when you said it. How's your cough, by the way? ;) ~Crazed. Cough? Hopefully it'll be better right about 10pm when that Stealth/Storm game starts. ;) Serena587 11-15-2003, 02:43 PM I won't get to watch the game tonight :( at my dads house. Thornton, McCauley, Sturm, Marleau Owen with two for the leafs Epoch 11-15-2003, 03:50 PM Does anyone know San Jose's lineup? SpinTheBlackCircle 11-15-2003, 04:53 PM I think we are going to see a penalty filled game. Lotta power plays....4-3 Sharks King of Stankonia 11-15-2003, 04:59 PM I'll go with 4-1 Laffs. Nolan (2), Stajan, and Gavey (is he still playing?) for the Leafs, and only Cheech for SJ. Shots will end up 43-18 for the Leafs. :p As far as I know Gavey's still on The Rock, though Hal Druken has been called up. Not that it should make any difference. :dunno: Better than Belak I guess. Pinto 11-15-2003, 06:00 PM As far as I know Gavey's still on The Rock, though Hal Druken has been called up. Not that it should make any difference. :dunno: Better than Belak I guess. I think Gavey is the captain of St.John's. Druken is not playing tonight King of Stankonia 11-15-2003, 06:17 PM Wow. That was a beauty by Mogilny. He managed to spin around and not fall down unlike last night against the Kings. corbanSOG 11-15-2003, 07:24 PM well whaddaya know...OT again ModestoFan 11-15-2003, 07:33 PM Tie....who would have guessed.... Patty Ice 11-15-2003, 07:45 PM Tonights winnah... http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-9/383490/snotg.jpg Goalie Boy!!! 2-2 tie. Goals from Nolan and Mogilny for the Leafs. Goals for the Sharks will come from Cheechoo and Sturm. Eh, got one goal scorer right :D corbanSOG 11-15-2003, 07:53 PM i think i'll just predict ties from now on. that should win me some SNOGs. Hockeycrazed07 11-15-2003, 09:34 PM Tellqvist was amazing. Absolutely amazing. He should start instead of Belflop. He was just...amazing is the only word I can think of. SJ played good team D other than on the PP, and stuffed Nolan just short a few times. It was a good night for Los Tiburones. In the end, I kissed my sister. (On the cheek, boys. On the cheek. It was before the $1 beers started flowing at the Tank...boy were those lines long, or what?) ~Crazed. Friesenh2o 11-16-2003, 04:01 AM They were damn long, I stuck around for the whole thing, the lacrosse game didn't let out till 12:45 a.m. but it was well worth it, Fights, checking, bench clearing, goal scoring, man, I never knew I'd like lacrosse so much! Oh yeah, and as for the hockey game, RATHJE SUCKS, the guy has no idea what hes doing out there! Nice comeback again for the minnows, but sheesh, can we find a way to win a game at home? SpinTheBlackCircle 11-16-2003, 05:08 AM ..shakes head...Rat was very good last night...typical Rat basher. mage23 11-16-2003, 12:00 PM ..shakes head...Rat was very good last night...typical Rat basher. I agree... I've been critical of Rat's play a lot this year, but he was outstanding last night, including helping set up the tieing goal. It was very nice to see Ehrhoff back, by the way. I'm glad Fahey's going back to the AHL, because Christian (in my mind) is definitely the better player right now. Christian played the body well last night too. The only major mistake I saw was no the mogilny shorty, but Stuart didn't close into the middle on mogilny either. Friesenh2o 11-16-2003, 05:14 PM Overall game? Im not necessarily a Rat basher, but I wasn't watching his defensive game per say. Defensively he played well, but the guy couldn't pass if his life was on the line, multiple times he was too slow to make a decision. When he carries the puck behind his net he has no idea what hes gonna do, and almost every single time, the forechecker is on him before the puck has left. A couple times he almost lost the puck to those forecheckers. He then began to speed up his timing, causing a couple consecutive icing calls, when there was no need for one. Many may think icings are fine, but not when we can't win defensive draws. He's really the only d-man w/ absolutely no passing ability this year. I know the guy can pass, but lately he's putting every pass into his teammates skates. And in Wilson's system, the rush is everything. Rathje singlehandedly slows the rush to a complete halt almost everytime he takes the ice. Watch that aspect of his game next time, and then tell me how great of a game he's playing! mage23 11-16-2003, 07:28 PM And in Wilson's system, the rush is everything. Check my posts, that's what I'm always critical of for Rat. | ||
