Biggest reason for permenant exclusion of Lars from Canadian Soccer?

As any Canadian Soccer fan(except the naive foolish ones)knows Lars Hirschfeld is forever excluded from the CSA since 2005, and is virtualy certain to never play for the country again. What is the main reason for this do you think?

Honestly, just relax. Unless you are Lars Hirschfeld or his parents, I'm not sure why you are so staunch in your campaign for him. Once he gets more games for Rosenberg, I bet we will see Hirschfeld again, leading us towards South Africa.

Once he gets more games for Rosenburg? He has been playing for them all year, so he should not need to play "more games for Rosenburg". He was still bypassed for the last tie in favour of a crummy goalkeeper like the horrendous Kenny Stamatapolous who is only backup for the worst team in Norway, Lars is of coruse starting for the best team in Norway. He of course has only been asked to 1 of the 9 games held since March 2005, and that was vs Luxemburg while he was injured. What basis would there be for anything changing?

Yeah the Canadian Soccer team totally sucks. They have no prayer of ever qualifying for the World Cup. It is a joke they think they can. :biglaugh:

It was good to see Canada lose to a weak Jamaican team with a loser like Kenny Stampooloos in net. Despite being only about Canada's 5th best goalie the loser Stampooloos has mysteriously played 4 of Canada's last 6 games. He has Greek heritage, so quite possably behind-the-scenes member of the CSA is greek. Those are the sort of things the Canadian team selection is based on after all.

yeah, they do, and they dont have much of a prayer. It pretty much is a joke to think they can considering the state of their team and the lack of quality players coming out of Canada....

Yeah I agree, and alot of the best they do have they dont even want to play. They pretty much live in their own dream world, the program is a mess run by idiots who couldnt develop talent properly if their life depended on it. The marketing is a joke, games that are held in Canada are lucky to get 5000 people, the TV ratings are horrable, nobody reallys knows they exist.

One that isn't biased towards Hirschfeld. You're trying to put it into our mouths that Hirschfeld should be there. You're not letting voters in your poll have an opinion. All your options come down to YOUR opinion that Hirschfeld should be there.

The average soccer fan in Canada cheers for the country of their roots. We know they exist, but they're not #1 on our supporting list. I would rather watch a European Qualifying match on TV than see any CONCACAF team live (with the exception of Mexico in Azteca).

It's not that people in Canada don't care for the sport. With the exception of two countries, CONCACAF sucks. Plain and simple. The only reason the USA has seen some recent success is because they have 300 million people in the country. If their population was more comparable with Canada's, they'd be just as bad.

Considering that the majority of Canadian Soccer fans(which is an extremely small portion of the population)are corrupt minded like the corrupt CSA, you are right I probably should include an option that indicates Lars should not be called, since I should cater to the extremely stupid which is what composes the very small minority of people who are actually true fans of Canadian Soccer. I used to be part of that group, but once I realized the politicness and corruption surrounding all the selections and the stupidity of the small group of fans I am more a mocker of Canadian Soccer then a fan now.

Yes any "fan" who thinks that some hack keeper who lost his starting job in one of the worst clubs in Norway should start 4 of the last 6 games, while somebody who is starting for arguably the best club in Norway, and who last year starred at the same club and was called "the best goalkeeper we ever had" at the same club the hack has zero impressed, has not been called to a game in 20 months(except 1 while he was injured coincidentaly)is incredably corrupt minded and/or incredably stupid. I have no problem saying that. The thing is most true Canadian Soccer fans are either incredably corrupt minded or incredably stupid to begin with so the fact most would agree with the situation I just posted is hardly a surprise.

Political affiliations reflect the CSA, not somebody who calls them out for what they are, a corrupt bunch of incompetent clowns who pick lame lineups based on politics and personal connection as opposed to merit and ability, cant market the game to save their lives, and are a disorganized charade who continualy get the program nowhere.

You simply have no clue what I'm talking about. When I referred to political affiliations, I wasn't talking about the CSA (I haven't yet), I was going to call you a fascist or a communist based on your blatant refusal to recognize any opinion but your own.
