I thought Robson 'stood down' that's why I left it as first, but it is open to debate.

I'm not so worried about WBA being 9th as much as Leeds sitting in the relegation zone right now, considering that only 5 years ago they were playing Valencia in the CL semi final.

The Championship is astonishingly close right now. Leeds are still only 6 points out of the playoffs. 20 of the 24 teams are within two wins of each other.

Which explains why this could be a premature move by Leeds. Although, This had basically been coming since day 1.

Ranieri was installed as equal favourite to take over. :)
