Saw it on the ESPNEWS ticker.. I was just talking about him earlier today and "laughing" about how he was 94 years old and still playing baseball. Wow, irony.

RIPI think that he will get in, but it is terrible that he didn't get inducted in his lifetime.

shame he is not in the Hall of Fame, they are now trying to build a building in honor of him at the Negro League Hall of Fame, they need to raise 900,000 more dollars

An absolute croc call by the Cooperstown voters. They had the chance to induct a legend, and they blew it.

Sad to see Buck go, though. A gentlemen, a character and a class act in the truest sense of the terms. How can you not love someone who referred to himself as an "overnight sensation at age 82."
