His substitute is Austrian National-Team Goalkeeper Reinhard Divis who came from the St. Louis Blues. It was also rumoured that Irbe was too expensive, which I don't believe as Salzburg pays very high salaries. He was highly respected by the Salzburg-crowd and there are many fans who would like to see him back with the Red Bulls.
