There was not one Dallas Stars prospect invited to the Team Canada try-out camp that will be coming up. This is not a real big surprise as there are not any stand-out Canadian prospects in the Stars organization right now that are WJC eligible. Kinda sucks because my Xmas break would be spent watching the odd Dallas Stars prospect be on the Canadian roster(Steve Ott, Trevor Daley). Kind of a Xmas tradition for me. Oh well, I guess I'll hafta watch for other Stars prospects then.

I wasn't surprised, but I can't help but think that if Canada took more forwards to the selection camp that Crombeen might have had a chance of sneaking in.
He'll have a better shot next year though.

I thought Crombeen was American seeing as I read he was born in Denver.
