Has anyone on here seen him play? I mean from the sounds of it, it seams like we got ourselves another top notch offensive player of the future here, if someone has seen him id like to hear some thing about him and what he could become... and how far away he is, because my guess would be that he's atleast 2 more years away or so

I've seen him.
He's not top notch, but he'll be a good 2nd line scorer. He's better than the rating that he's given on the prospect page though.

Just wondering and not to be a smart ass but what do you consider as top notch?

Top notch prospects are the guys who are head and shoulders above the rest. A guy who will very likely be a big difference maker in their lineup. They don't have to be the Jagr's or the Forsberg's of the league but good 1st line players.

Alexander Semin of the washington capitals is a prospect with top notch talent.
Zherdev is a guy with top notch talent.
Braydon Coburn and Kari Lehtonen are prospects with top notch talent.
Igor Grigorenko was (could still be) a prospect with top notch talent, as was Zetterberg.
I wouldn't put Fleischmann in that catagory.

Fleischmann is putting up really good numbers in the WHL, I'll give you that.but I don't think they'll translate into him being a huge scorer in the NHL. He was drafted as a sniper in the Czech junior league then came over to the CHL and has been only a perimeter player. He has a very light frame and doesn't display the will to go to the net and make plays in the corners or around the net as often as I like. He's improved this since his draft year but he still looks like a scared rabbit when he brings the puck into the other team's offensive end.

He's not a bad player but definately not the ideal 1st line player.

Well, I don`t follow the NHL long enough to have experienced this time, but from what I hear some similar things were told about a small framed Calgary Prospect in the middle of the 80s. This guy now is the Wings actual Topscorer and one of the best goalgetters in the history of hockey.... :)
He was 24 until he broke out really....
