A couple of other league are the OSMHL which has a pretty high skill level in tier 1. Plays in both west and east end. Also the MRSHL in the West End, the skill level is not as high but a good league if you live in Kanata. The travellers league is good, they play at Ottawa U in the summer, and they have lots of divisions. The osmhl is pretty good too. I think they play at Ottawa U as well.
