Guy wearing a Redwings hat gets off an elevator. Walking down the hallway towards his office people are throwing stuff at him, yelling at him "Avs rule!" "Go back to Detroit!" "Wings suck!" :joker:

I've seen it a couple times, and I can't help but think in the back of my mind who is going to get the last laugh when all is said and done...they can throw as much crap as they want, but I've a feeling when the dust settles we're going to be getting the last laugh.

I hear Redwings suck at the Pepsi Center when the Avs aren't even playing Detroit . ;)

amazes me espn ran with their "home team" ducks when clearly the wilds accomplishment was superior.taming the avs AND canucks would clearly make the next opponent salivate.wild were amazing with less pure talent.

i agree.... i would much rather play the Red Wings and Stars
than the Avalanche and Nucks

gotta give the Wild props when the Lanche had the strangle hold on the series, they didnt give up

and the avs under estimated mccarty and the other role players.never under estimate opponents,they are after the same thing you are.clearly wings depth overtook them.even now detroits depth is superior.chanting a phrase doesn't make your team better,battling and not quitting does.detroits been more devastated by injuries and yet avs struggle to score.granato isn't the answer,my guess he'll be fired by next season as coach.

his experience,and his son in law fernandez play made the difference.

although i hate the man for playing his trap system...i like how he doesnt play favorites even though he has a goalie that is related to him and is, in my eyes, a better goalie than most starters in this league

the wild play the trap with speed,so it can be very exciting to watch,i have center ice and see alot of their games-teams try to break it but their speed alot of times isn't as good.imagine gaborik playing with datsyuk at the all star game.
