What does the word "spolecna" mean?

For example, I was perusing www.hokej.cz earlier, looking for stats on draft prospects, and I found that LW draft prospect Jan Dusatko had the following stats for Sparta juniors:

ELJ-A 03-04 ......... 15 6-3-9 8 PM, even +/-
ELJ-spolecna 03-04 .. 15 1-6-7 35 PM, even +/-

Is "spolecna" some kind of term for the second half of the season, or for a relegation pool of some kind? And does this mean that Dusatko's stats for the year are a total of 30 7-10-17 43 PM, even +/-?

Any help that anyone can give will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Season is divided into 3 parts, teams is divided into 2 pools, A,B pools.
First and third part of the season they play 2 rounds together in the pool, in the second part of the season they play 2 rounds pool A against pool B. That means that word "spolecna"- "together"
