Dual-nationality WHL Players

As part of my WHL research for EHM:FE (http://www.sigames.com/news_view.php?act=2&id=406), I'm trying to find information about which WHL players either hold or are eligible for citizenship in more than one country. If a player's parents are born in another country, he should be able to get citizenship there, which, in the case of most European countries, lets him play as a non-import.

Right now, all I know of are:
Gerry Festa, Calgary (Canada/Italy)
Jesse MacNeil, Regina (USA/Canada)
Mike Fogolin, Prince George (USA/Canada)
Brett Sutter, Kootenay (USA/Canada)
Nathan Grochmal, Kamloops (USA/Canada)

Can anyone add to this list?

One guy I'm particularly curious about is Kootenay's Igor Agarunov - he was born in Canada, but his name definitely looks Eastern European. Anybody know where his parents are from?

I am not totally sure where Igor was born, but he grew up in Surrey/North Delta... His parents are from Russia.

Thanks, guys. Anyone know of any other players with a foreign-born parent?

I do believe Shawn Belle's parents were born in a Carribean country. Jamacia, I think.

It may not be both, but I think his dad is for sure. Not sure on his mom.
