Good to see Himelfarb, Stewart and Rodney make it. Though I guess that isn't shocking.

I am surprised at the goalies for the Eastern Conference since IMO Patrick Ehelechner of Sudbury is the best goalie in the Conference.

Not a chance in hell he's better than Colaiacovo.

BTW: If anyone is wondering why Jarrett and Ruzicka made it it's cause Futa picked the team.

You don't think they deserve to be there? I do -- Ruzicka has to be in the running for rookie of the year. Jarrett may or may not be there because of Futa and representing the Attack, but he's certainly not going to be out of place on the team.

I think there could have been other players represent Sarnia instead of Fritsche, but all in all I think the team selections are good.

I agree,Dan Sisca is far more deserving than Fritsche.

that's cool that they will all be on the same team and maybe they will get to shift together. Ruzicka goal, asst by (Carter, Richards) nice!

Colaicovo is 21 years old and has not been drafted. Ehelechner was considered a top 3 goalie in the 2003 Draft by Redline but went relatively late to San Jose.

Colaicovo plays for one of the better teams in the OHL. Ehelechner plays for what is probably the worst team in the OHL and has been the key figure in most of their wins this year. Ehelechner was one of the top players in the OHL in 3 Star Selections as of a couple of weeks ago.

I'll take Patrick.

How the hell did Ryan McDonald make the all star team...he is going to get lit up, i could have the numbers he has if i had that kind of team too...obviously all they care about is the numbers...McDonald cant even control his rebounds or shoot a puck he will be a dissappointment to the East when the West wins cause McDOnald forgot to stop the puck

That's why Barrie is in a playoff spot.

???????????

Barrie is in a playoff spot because thay have a better and healthier team in front of their goaltender. The experts consider Ehelechner to be the better prospect.
When Beech plays the Wolves usually get hammered. They lost 8-6 to London when Ehelechner was out with a concussion.

I'm not arguing who the better prospect is, I'ts obvious Ehelchner is, however right now if I'm making a playoff run then Colaiacovo is the one I want...
