O'Neill to SJ? *proposal*

Wonder what you think of such a proposal.

To Carolina: Brad Boyes (21), Tom Preissing (25), & 2004 2nd

To SJ: Jeff O'Neill

Brad Boyes is a 2nd line centre in 1 or 2 years, & Preissing can become a top 4 defenseman. At least a top 6 defenseman. It looks like the 'canes are starting to go with youth.

What do you think of it, and where might go wrong, or right?

if boyes is what the sharks are offering-i wouldnt be oppssed to the canes getting him. ive heard nothing but good things about him. i thing teams may trump that offer by putting one player more likely to step right in- i for one wouldnt be against boyes. preissing is a question mark at this point-but he is a young d. i believe the sharks are the dark horse in the whole oneill mess.
