To pair a youngster with an experienced defenseman is the key, the kids learns so much of the game. Just look at Bäckman, Kronwall, Lars Jonsson and Frögren this season. Christian Bäckman paired with Murray Baron Niklas Kronwall paired with Jason Woolley Lars Jonsson paired with Christer Olsson Jonas Frögren paired with Hamr/Artursson Tobias Enström paired with Hans Jonsson This is the best way to produce a good defenseman out of a prospect. Henrik Tallinder don't have that dad in Buffalo, and his game has struggled this season. Nice to see Daniel Fernholm played with Robert Nordmark today as well. This make me think that Simon Skoog will turn out to something good. He has the perfect mentor in Fredrik Olausson. If I don't remember wrong he played with Salming in the national team as well. He has got the help from the best, and look where he is today.
